Prices are subject to change without notice. Due the artisan handcrafting of each of our decorative hardware pieces, no two knobs or pulls will look exactly alike, nor will they be identical to their pictures. We do, however, make every attempt to ensure each representation is that of the finished product.

cancelation fee

Knob and Pull orders may be canceled within three (3) days from receipt of the order date at no charge. However, due to the hand-made nature of this hardware, after three (3) days, the order is considered in production and will be subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the total amount of the order.

GLASS COLOR REPRESENTATION

Due to the limitations of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be an exact representation. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, however, if you need an exact match, please contact us for a color sample.

WARRANTY

Glace Yar provides a Lifetime Warranty for its decorative hardware. Glace Yar will, at its option, repair or replace its hardware at no charge, provided the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, modification, or repair. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

Due to the custom creation of each Glace Yar Stained Glass knob and pull, ALL SALES ARE FINAL; there are no refunds.

Damaged, broken, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. Damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please use our contact form to advise that damage has occurred. If the item is damaged during shipping, Glace Yar will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier, USPS (US Mail).

If you believe an item/s is defective, please contact us to arrange for the item/s repair/replacement. If, in returning your items to Glace Yar, you package the items poorly and they become damaged in transit, we will not be able to honor your return and we will charge for the item replacement/s. Please carefully pack your returns as well as they were when they arrived. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

To ship your return back to Glace Yar, please use insured USPS Priority Mail. Make sure to keep your tracking numbers. Glace Yar's "ship to" address will be sent to your return request email address.

If, under Glace Yar's determination, an item is in fact defective, Glace Yar will replace the item/s at no charge, as there are no refunds.

Privacy/Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order ships.
